* Establish and manage your digital trade account.
* Maintain your active listing in the secure PMCN business directory.
* Properly calculate pass-through costs like sales taxes and process IRS Form 1099-B reporting as required by Federal law.
2. Credit & Business Verification
PMCN reserves the right to conduct a standard business or credit investigation before establishing or increasing a Member's Trade Credit Line. By submitting an application, you authorize PMCN to verify business references and exchange relevant credit information with reporting agencies or other trade exchanges. Upon request, we will inform you if a formal credit report was obtained.
3. Data Security & Encryption
We implement robust technical security measures to maintain the safety of your information. All data transmitted through our online checkout, member portal, and the NexTrade360 mobile app is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Access to your account is restricted via secure login credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and must notify us immediately at abel@pimamorecustomers.com if your device is lost or your password is compromised.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or lease your private data to outside third-party marketers. To facilitate successful trading, your business name, description, contact details, and trade availability will be published in the digital member directory unless you specifically request in writing to remain unlisted
