Terms of Use
Our Privacy Policy was last updated on May 2026.
By accessing this website, applying for membership, or participating in the Pima More Customers Network LLC (PMCN) platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and the incorporated Trade Rules and Regulations.
1. Nature of the Parties & Platform
PMCN acts strictly as a third-party record keeper, administrator, and broker for voluntary barter transactions among its registered Members. Members are independent professionals and legitimate businesses contracting with PMCN to facilitate the exchange of goods and services.
2. Nature of Trade Dollars
A "trade" is a barter transaction recorded in Trade Dollars ($1.00 Trade = $1.00 USD). Trade Dollars are an internal accounting unit used solely to track the value of exchanges within the network. Trade Dollars are not legal tender, financial securities, or commodities; they have zero cash value and can never be redeemed for U.S. Dollars (USD) from PMCN.
3. Fair Pricing & Network Integrity
Members explicitly promise to offer their products and services to other network members at their regular cash prices, extending the same warranties, guarantees, and level of service provided to cash customers. PMCN reserves the right to investigate complaints of overpricing or cash surcharges. Charging unauthorized trade premiums or engaging in "Direct Trades" outside the system to bypass fees constitutes a material breach of contract and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
4. Limitation of Liability
Responsibility for the conduct, quality, delivery, and safety of a trade rests exclusively with the participating buying and selling Members. PMCN is not an agent for any member, does not guarantee any specific trade, and assumes no responsibility for the quality or warranty of any product or service exchanged. Members agree to hold PMCN harmless and indemnify PMCN from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from a trade.
5. Governing Law
This agreement and network participation are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with any formal proceedings held in Pima County.
